![]() The Exchange Support List and Forum Subscription is only available to exchange users and you can subscribe through the Exchange site by following the "Join Support List" link from the Support Page. You may also subscribe here however you will need both your SIB number and your Exchange User Code. (These are automatically available when logged on and subscribing on the Exchange). The Exchange List is available to all exchange users. The lists function is :- "To provide and manage an E-Mail support list to assist our users and provide an additional means of technical assistance and communication for our customers."The list is not designed to be a replacement for the service offered by our Customer Care Call Centre. Any exchange user who has a specific problem can still contact us via e-mail customer.care@exchange.co.uk or telephone 01932 586000. Exchange FS has set up the list to enable exchange users to raise and share issues about the operation of all the services offered under the exchange brand. The services offered include exchange, exchange Mortgage Sourcing, CTP, exchange New Business service together with the standard Microsoft Windows' components that are used to access them. . The list is managed and supervised by Silverquick Ltd. on behalf of Exchange FS Limited.
