Importantly, once I've received them, I can choose a quiet time to consider them - over coffee, etc. Its not another piece of paper to mislay on my desk, and e-mail submission is certainly clean and quick. Because its easy, it can also be a useful way of using the questions to check my own awareness of a topic to help me think through the issues."
Alistair Mann MSFA "It is very heartening to see a Provider asking what IFA's see our future as requiring, rather than telling us what they have done and assuming it is what we want to see. I find using the E-poll service very easy. Working in a constantly busy office and being able to consider the questions and the form off-line and come back to it over a period without being concerned about being telephone cots etc. is a big point in is favour. I can consider my responses with more care and deliberation and even go and check my own figures for a response if needed. This would not be feasible using an on-line web form or with the never ending stream of telephone callers who interrupt my day wanting to carry out surveys. I also like the submission and confirmation using e-mail. It is very satisfying to receive an almost immediate confirmation of my submission."
