 The Insight Document Server

The first service to be launched using Silverquick's dynamic PDF creation service is the Insight Document Server.
The Document Server is designed to be a simple and easy to use system, for both IFAs and Product providers. It will provide a single source for IFAs to collect, create and publish PDF documents that are pre-populated and personalised with their own firm's details.
Personalised pre-populated Documents created by the Document Server can be linked to their a web site, printed immediately for use, or saved to a local machine for printing later.
It will ensure that any IFA web site using the Document Server has up to date material and at the same time provide Product providers with a publish once - available many times solution. IFAs registered with the service will be kept up to date with new and amended documents by a variety of means and all will receive an automatically generated weekly update by email.
For updates as soon as a product providers updated document is made available on the Document server it automatically updates all IFA web sites that are using the service.
Product providers who wish to publish documents using the Document server should email our technical support in the first instance.
The Document Server is available as a FREE service to IFAs and is available at a modest cost (variable with the number of documents published) to Product Providers.

It is the intention of the Document Server to fully support the Origo Remote publishing standard as soon as this is widely adopted by the Product Providers.
